Since PHP is a ghastly language for doing beyond web templates where is
an all in one python implementation for reputation data loosely modelled
off the PHP implementation.

Unlike the PHP implementation this is its own server and provides a
framework for versioned APIs. The saratoga framework has authentication
modules if parts of the API need to be access controlled.
