Yep, the format is correct. What's wrong with the way they look?

A bug was introduced in the 2.7.x line when the DNS callback stuff in
libopendkim was reworked. The attached patch should fix it; it will also
appear in 2.8.0. With this patch, opendkim-testkey returns without a
problem for me on your key (though I don't have the private key to confirm
correctness of the public key, so it's only a syntax check).
